A cycle is only a schedule. Debts join it one by one, each endorsed by its debtor. At the cutoff one fixing prices them all, and only the nets move.
Enrolment closes inUntil then, creditors bill into the cycle and debtors endorse. At the cutoff the list is closed.
Funding windowAnyone can fix the cycle from the cutoff until the deadline. If anyone hasn't funded by then, the cycle is voided and every deposit comes back.
